At the time of sale this puppy is well suited as a companion family pet and or obedience dog/agility. A deposit of $100 is required for us to hold and reserve a puppy for your family. Deposits are non-refundable and will go towards balance for the puppy being held for the buyer. Deposits and payments are cash only terms. Full payment for puppy must be made before buyer recieves their puppy.

BREEDER AGREES:

* Above dog has been vet examined and is found to be in good health. 

* Above dog is up to date on its immunizations and wormings.

* Buyer has a 72 hour health guarantee from the date of possession of the dog.

* To supply buyer with shot record, registration information or actual papers, and any other necessary paperwork at time of purchase.

BUYER AGREES:

• To have above dog vet checked within 72 hours of possession if more than a week has passed since dog's health check. Sunday's excluded as most clinics are closed.

* That all vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer.

* To keep the above dog up to date on all immunizations and health care and grooming.

• To notify the breeder if they can no longer care for this dog/puppy. The buyer will give the breeder first chance to buy back the puppy at a price no higher than the sale price.

* no pups may be sold to puppymills, pet stores or dog brokers.

FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR BREED:

NO BREEDING OF ANY PET/COMPANION PUP. THERE WILL BE A FINE OF $2500 IMPOSED ON ANY PERSON BREEDING ONE OF MY PUPS THAT HAS BEEN SOLD STRICTLY AS PET/COMPANION AND IT WILL BE AGREED THAT PET/COMPANION ANIMAL WILL BE SPAYED/NEUTERED. Initials________

FOR THE PROTECTION OF THIS DOG:

AT NO TIME SHOULD THIS PUPPY/DOG BE GIVEN TWO VACCINATIONS ON THE SAME DAY. THIS INCLUDES VACCINATIONS SUCH AS DA2PP/CV, RABIES, LYME DISEASE, OR GIARDIA. NO VACCINATION SHOULD BE GIVEN THE SAME DAY THE PUP/DOG HAS RECEIVED HEARTGARD PREVENTATIVE. ALL VACCINATIONS, HEARTGARD PREVENTATIVE AND WORMINGS SHOULD BE SPREAD OUT ATLEAST TEN DAYS APART. I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR HEALTH ISSUE THAT ARISES FROM NOT ABIDING BY THIS WARNING. Initials__________

A puppy can be expected to take up to 3 weeks to adjust to its new family and enviornment. Each new pet will require patience and consistent instruction from each family member. If there are other pets in the family, the puppy should be introduced slowly to them and supervised. We HIGHLY encourage you to take this puppy to obedience training or puppy classes. It is very beneficial for both puppy and owner. Initials:________

TERMS OF REPLACEMENT:

If the above dog should develop a severe genetic disease and can no longer function as a Pet/Companion Animal the breeder will replace at no charge with a dog of comparible value (ie. Breeding Animal or Pet/Companion Animal to be determined by breeder) The dog will be replaced from a future litter within one year of the dog being returned to the breeder. A proper letter from the vet stating the problem found and the vet's opinion on the viability of the animal must accompany the returned dog. All vet bills and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be accepted by the breeder, unless otherwise worked out between the two parties.

Unless otherwise specified, all vet bills for corrective surgery, cosmetic surgery, shots and normal health care, euthanasia, spay/neuter and shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
